Are you feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or lost and empty?

Approaching a counsellor can seem a bit daunting – especially if you’ve never been to a counsellor before. Right?

Well you may be surprised at how relaxing, yet effective counselling can be.  I enjoy creating a supportive, warm and non-judgemental space where we can work on your goals- whatever they may be.

I also specialise in working with people who want to find meaning and purpose in their life; who may be facing their own (or a significant otherʼs) illness or death; or who are concerned or anxious about the state of our global planet and want to make a difference but feel powerless, or anxious to bring about change.

I have a wide range of experience, both here and overseas, in a huge range of disciplines and specialisations including counselling college and university students, environmental science, midwifery, hospice- death and dying, remote indigenous housing, elder care, veteran affairs, and women's empowerment through education.

I am also a trained, professional counsellor and member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.

Please contact me if you are ready to work on your goals and make positive change.
